Fraud and security
People sometimes impersonate banks to obtain money or information. This page explains how to recognise genuine contact from Trade Commerce Bank.
What we will never do
- Ask for your passwords, one-time codes or full card details by email, message or telephone.
- Ask you to move money to a “safe account”.
- Ask you to pay a fee in advance to open an account, release funds or receive a loan.
- Contact you from an email address that does not end in @tradecbank.com.
How to check
- Our only website is tradecbank.com. Our licence can be verified on the register of the Financial Services Unit of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
- If you are a client, contact your relationship manager through a channel you already know.
- If you are not a client and someone offers you an account, a loan or an investment in our name, write to us before you act.
If you think you have been targeted
Tell us as soon as possible through the enquiry form on this website or at enquiries@tradecbank.com. If you are a client and believe your account may be affected, contact your relationship manager immediately.
