Complaints
Version 1.0 · Effective 23 October 2026
We want to hear from you if we have not met the standard you expect. Most concerns are resolved quickly by your relationship manager, and we encourage you to speak to them first.
How to make a complaint
If your relationship manager has not resolved your concern, or you prefer to raise it with someone else, write to:
Complaints, Trade Commerce Bank, 2nd Floor, 36 Great George Street, St. George, Roseau, Commonwealth of Dominica, Commonwealth of Dominica
You can also use the enquiry form on this website, or write to enquiries@tradecbank.com and say that your message is a complaint.
Please include your name, your account reference if you have one, what happened, and what you would like us to do.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint promptly.
- A member of staff who was not involved in the matter reviews it.
- We send you our final response in writing. If we need more time, we tell you why and when you can expect our answer.
